I grew up in Alameda, California, constantly in and around theatres or watching old movie musicals, and I spent many a stormy afternoon recreating scenes from Singin’ in the Rain with my siblings. As such, it’s no surprise that I’ve spent the intervening years playing on a variety of stages throughout Northern California. I’ve worked with Shotgun Players in Berkeley, Ray of Light Theatre in San Francisco, with Napa Conservatory Theatre and Marin Theatre Company, and with Pac Rep in Carmel. In addition to my experiences working as as a theatre actor, I hold an MA in Ensemble Theatremaking from Rose Bruford College of Theatre and Performance in London, and a BA in Performance from SFSU. I've also studied intensively with Dennis Krausnick, Andrew Borthwick-Leslie, and Michael Toomey at Shakespeare & Company in Massachusetts and with Matteo Destro at ATELIER Mask Movement Theatre in Italy, and Paola Coletto at The School for Theatre Creators in LA.
